Shipping Information
Shipping policy
We anticipate to process all orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive an additional email to notify you once your order has shipped.
We are a small family business with limited space in our South Australian warehouse. To maintain a higher stock level and meet customer demand, some products are shipped from an external warehouse and may take a bit longer to reach you. Typically, orders from our warehouse arrive within 10-12 business days, but occasionally, delivery can take up to 18 business days.
Please note for custom orders, they will be processed once your order has been produced. We anticipate production to take roughly 1-2 week(s) as a guideline. During peak times or sale promotions this timeframe may extend so please order earlier if you have a special occasion you require your custom product.
Shipping Methods | Domestic Australian Shipping:
Free shipping applies to items shipped from our fulfilment warehouse, which may take up to 18 business days for delivery. Please note* if your item is coming from our external warehouse, we are unable to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery.
Sendle Delivery applies to products shipped from our South Australian warehouse. The shipping method will be displayed at checkout, where the estimated delivery time and price for Sendle will also be calculated.

Partial Delivery: Please note that some orders will require separate shipping, depending on where your selected items are located. You will not be charged additional for partial shipping. We will notify you via email when each individual item is shipped if partial delivery is required.
International Shipping:

Kindly note, any taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred at the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Also, due to situations beyond our control, there can be disruptions or delays with carriers during transit; hence, all transit times listed are estimates only. Upon dispatch, customers will receive an email with tracking information.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the highlighted timeframes, please contact us at info@babystork.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We are unable to provide delivery to P.O boxes within Australia at this stage.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
At Baby Stork customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer refunds, returns or replacements for faulty products in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@babystork.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Change of mind
We do not offer returns for change of mind. All products purchased are final unless deemed faulty.
